چکیده مقاله |
Many software projects fail due to the high risk in the software industry, therefore Software development companies require risk management solutions. Knowledge is a powerful tool in the project risk management. Thus, these organizations need to constantly acquire and learn new knowledge. In this study, Nonaka and Takeuchi knowledge management (KM) model was employed with the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach for software project risk management in System Group Company. According to the expert opinions, Wallace risk model was selected as the main risk management model after a literature review. Then the geometric mean of the expert opinions was determined to identify 4 factors and 16 subfactors of the software risk. Considering the relationships of criteria and the uncertainty of expert opinions, the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making was employed with the fuzzy DEMATEL to determine the factor relationships while the fuzzy ANP was used for determining criteria weights and priorities. After that, the fuzzy VIKOR method was used for knowledge management ranking to overcome risks. Finally, the results were analyzed to identify and rank the effective factors. |
