چکیده مقاله

In the real decision making problems, most criteria have inter-dependent or interactive characteristics. This encourages us to propose the higher order hesitant fuzzy element (HOHFE) Cho- quet integral operator that not only consider the importance of the elements, but also can re ect the correlations among the elements. In the sequel, a detailed discussion on the aggregation properties of the HOHFE Choquet integral operator is given. Finally, we present an application of the HOHFE- based multicriteria decision making method to as- sess the appropriate energy policy for the socio- economic development.
