Title: Ethical Artificial Intelligence
:Abstract. It is increasingly clear that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be making a profound contribution to the future of humanity, the planet, and the world. One could only hope that this synergism of technologies address humanity’s many rising ills such as in health, education, food, water, pollution, transportation, housing, as well as the natural tragedies such as the earth’s rising temperature, the massive desertification of lands, loss of land due to rising sea levels, and the loss of diversity in animal/plant life. But there are also concerns on the unintentional ill consequences of this potent paradigm. Some of the questions are, what to do with the job loss? How to distribute the wealth created by the machines? What if the AI machines make a mistake? Can they become racist? What about singularity? And finally, what about their rights?
Could the solution be in Asimov’s rules of ethics from the 1940’s? Knowing what we know now, isn’t it time to reevaluate those laws? What is an ethical path for us, as the designers of the future, towards creating a better world for all? While we do not claim to have these answers, or to provide any answers with certainty in this short talk, we hope to address some

Title of Talk: Intuitionistic fuzzy soft hyper BCK algebras
Abstract. In the paper [P.K. Maji, R. Biswas, A.R. Roy, Fuzzy soft sets, J. Fuzzy Math. 9 (3) (2001) 589-602], Maji et al. introduced the concept of fuzzy soft sets as a generalization of the standard soft sets, and presented an application of fuzzy soft sets in a decision making problem. Also Maji et al. introduced the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets in the paper [P.K. Maji, R. Biswas and A.R. Roy, Intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets J. Fuzzy Math. 9(3) (2001) 677-692]. The aim of this manuscript is to apply the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy soft set to hyper BCK algebras. The notions of intuitionistic fuzzy soft hyper BCK ideal, intuitionistic fuzzy soft weak hyper BCK ideal, intuitionistic fuzzy soft s-weak hyper BCK ideal and intuitionistic fuzzy soft strong hyper BCK ideal are introduced, and related properties and relations are investigated

Title of Talk: The existance of states on EQ-algebras
Abstract:Inspired by the open problems "how to define the notions of fantastic filters and states in EQ-algebras" in [L.Z. Liu and X.Y. Zhang, Implicative and positive implicative prefilters of EQ-algebras, Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems 26 (2014) 2087-2097], we introduce the notions of fantastic filters and investigate the existence of Bosbach states and Riecan states on EQ-algebras by use of fantastic filters. Firstly, we prove that a residuated EQ-algebra has a Bosbach state if and only if it has a fantastic filter. We also establish that a good EQ-algebra has a state-morphism if and only if it has a prime fantastic filter. Furthermore, we introduce the notion of QI-EQ-algebras and obtain the necessary and sufficient condition for a residuated QI-EQ-algebra having Riecan states. Finally, we introduce the notion of semi-divisible EQ-algebra and prove that every semi-divisible residuated EQ-algebra admits Riecan states. These works generalize a series of existing results about existence of states in several algebras, such as residuated lattices, NM-algebras, MTL-algebras, BL-algebras and so on

Title of Talk: Positive Implicative Ideals of BCK-Algebras Based on Intersectional Soft Set
Abstract. The aim of this paper is to lay a foundation for providing a soft algebraic tool in considering many problems that contain uncertainties. In order to provide these soft algebraic structures, the notion of int-soft positive implicative ideals is introduced, and related properties are investigated. Relations between an int-soft ideal and an int-soft positive implicative ideal are established. Characterizations of an int-soft positive implicative ideal are obtained. Extension property for an int-soft positive implicative ideal is constructed. The -product and -product of int-soft positive implicative ideals are considered, and the soft intersection (resp., union) of int-soft positive implicative ideals is discussed
